I have a house and have bought a new one and they said they could part exchange the house for me. Is it worth it, if you sell your house yourself you get 10K off the house, but my selling costs are around £6k anyway. What do you think?? Is it a con? The builder's is Bryant (quite a reputable company)

How can I consentrate on my studies?

I am a straight A student and compete at national level sports. Recently, i've been very obsessed with Kickboxing, I find it hard to concentrate on my studies. Waiting in for open viewing on my flat and no one has turned up three sundays in a row.?

How do I become a Safety Director for a Trucking Company?

I have Been in the Trucking Industry for 28 years. I am ticket and accident free and have approximately 2 1/2 million miles. I have been licensed in the States of Texas and Colorado as a Class A CDL Instructor and have taught driving skills and safety in both states. I would like to get out of the driving side of the Industry, and share some of the knowledge I have gained over the years, As I throughly enjoyed teaching.
Would appreciate any advice on how I might do this.
