I have just bought my first flat. I have enough money to live comfortably on my regular job, but I want to bring in some extra spending money.

I am considering picking up a second job. I have considered bar work or a shop job, but I'm after more ideas/suggestions.

The job would have to be pretty flexible with its hours, as it obviously has to work around my current 8-5.30 job.

I would be willing to do work at home "donkey work" like assembling things/envelope stuffing, but I have no idea where to start as the internet is basically covered in scammers.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I have a home based business that sell cotton canvas bags ( like grocery bags and tote bags) to individual and grocery stores. How do I find independant sales reps to sales my bags to stores, grocery stores, companies, or organizations for special events and promotional purposes. We print any pictures ,logo or information on bags at no additional cost. Bags available blank or printed for just one price. I'll fulfilled all the orders generated by the interested party and they get a percentage of the sales.

Many of the jobs I've looked at require only a High School Diploma. For example I currently work in Law Enforcement, and High School was the highest necessary education qualification.

I'd rather put my college degree to work somewhere, preferably somewhere with a higher pay grade.

Philosophy and Theology are both intense and difficult fields of study, and helped make me much sharper, with more attention to detail and precision in all my words and thought.

I'd think any employer would value these qualities, but more pertinently, is there work I can do with a BA in Philosophy and Theology, besides going on to the graduate level?

I really don't have the money for more school right now.

only need about 500sq ft. to start. obviously if it grows i'll need more. watching the budget, wouldn't mind something unique, I am in an expensive area in a major city but could go suburban if i need to. don't need too upscale yet. I'm not that interested in executive suite set ups but more along the lines of a sublease of an extra office. If anyone can share their advice or experience with this I would greatly appreciate it. This is my first move out of corporate so I am finding this stuff to be harder than the idea/business model/pitch part. Thanks.

Anyone know where I can get a mortgage with less than perfect credit? I live in the Atlanta GA area and I am 1 1/2 years from a discharged bankruptcy. Are there any legit companies that I can work with and not get ripped off?

Both loans are for 125,000
30 year fixed interest only 6.125%
30 year fixed 6%

Which is better? Pro's and con's would be helpful.

Expert opinions please.

Save your time and mine with responses like"my ex brother-in-laws neighbor got a deal like this......"
Thanks

I sent a letter by priority mail to my credit card company last Tuesday.Because of Ford's death,it would have gone out on Wednesday and arrived by Saturday. However,I accidently put the mailing label on the wrong side of the envelope and my online account with my credit card does not show that the payment has been recieved yet(it's due today). My question is,was my envelope still mailed even though the label was on the wrong side??

Recently in The Times of India there was an article / advertisement about Pizza delivery Companies which guarantee you free pizza if they fail to deliver within the specified time (like 30 minutes). Have you ever wondered who pays for the free pizzas??

Well, the delivery boy is made to pay for the pizza. They are paid such low wages and the price of the pizza is deducted from their monthly wages which can amount to upto 60% in some months (It becomes difficult to run their family). To deliver the pizzas the delivery boys take high traffic risks as delivery becomes their priority. Their life and safety risks are neither looked into by the Pizza Shop Management nor the Pizza Delivery Boy himself. (They are more concerned to avoid the deduction from their salary).

If this type of exploitation is carried on in your city's pizza logistics we should stop availing the home delivery system, because to deliver our pizza one person may be risking his life........
