Many of the jobs I've looked at require only a High School Diploma. For example I currently work in Law Enforcement, and High School was the highest necessary education qualification.
I'd rather put my college degree to work somewhere, preferably somewhere with a higher pay grade.
Philosophy and Theology are both intense and difficult fields of study, and helped make me much sharper, with more attention to detail and precision in all my words and thought.
I'd think any employer would value these qualities, but more pertinently, is there work I can do with a BA in Philosophy and Theology, besides going on to the graduate level?
I really don't have the money for more school right now.

Someone asked why I didn't go into a field of study more germane to a specific career.
At the time, I was considering a career in theology, such as ministry or youth ministry. While I decided not to go the ministry route, I would still very much like to become a professor of philosophy, theology, or English, and my undergraduate work prepared me very well for all three. I simply don't have the money to get a Master's degree right now.
