i had a pell grant foo school and had to drop out due to work related issues. the school sent me a letter stating that the government was refunded their money, but that i owe them the tuition now, which is fine, and i have started paying them already. my question is, will owing a community college that money hold up my tax refund in any way? can they seize my refund for repayment of the balance since the government has already gotten their money back, or will i get my refund? it is not in collections yet, as i have made payments already.

Just gave my 2 weeks at my job. The manager and I are not getting along anymore and I am leaving. After I gave my 2 weeks, she says she wants it in writing.

Correct me, but why would I need to put it in writing? I have never heard of this before and I have quit jobs in the past without a letter stating I was quitting.

Any advice??

I'm in the process of finding private placement money for a invention and I've been talking to a lawyer who I asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. He asked if there was a time limit and I said no.

My question is, should there be a time limit? And if so, what time span is acceptable?

I could tell him 5 years because if I don't get this invention onto the marketplace within 5 years then there's something wrong.

I work with a girl who is treated like a queen at work. My boss is mean and nasty to everyone except her. She walks on water and is perfect in his eyes.

He constantly tells her "good job" and "you are efficient." She says Thank You. Yet, he yells at me and others in front of her.

I tell myself in my mind that she is "Miss Perfect" and feel bad when I am around her. She makes herself feel important and defends herself by saying she is doing so much work. I try to ignore that.

I don't know how to deal with the fact that she is "perfect" in the boss's eyes and everyone else is treated poorly. I also don't know how to deal with the fact that in my mind when I see her I keep saying "Miss Perfect."

The book would give tips and ideas on how to cheat on your wife or girlfriend and not get caught. Many of my drinking buddies have many ideas how they have done this and I wanted to collect all those ideas and put together an E-book and sell it. Do you think there is a market and demand for this type of book?

home loan companies that offer home loans regardless of your credit score turn you down are they want you to make large down payments or loans of 50,000 or to to try and help you are there any honest loan co. out there that will help get you a home loan for under 50,000 the house I wanted wasn't but 35,000 no one would help and by applying they took points from my score so, that makes it lower and even harder to get a home loan. Thanks alot
