This credit card company raised my rate by over 5% when everyone else is lowering mine and won't reduce it. So, I am in the process of paying off this card. I made a large payment ($2,500) and they raised my limit from $8,500 to $13,500. I want the limit to be put back to the original $8,500 and I don't want anything more to do with this company. But, will it hurt my credit score to lower it back to where it was 3 days ago? My FICO is around 750 now. Do you think I would need to get the limit reduced back before they cut another statement?
Thanks,
Judy

contribute to it, have a garden room dedicated to you, help design etc.? My husband retired & we moved here on a 2 acre ridge in the mountains because he had inherited it. I'm a CNA but I'm stranded on this mountain because I have a phobia of driving, I've never had a license. I bought this pc a year ago to make money & I've wasted this past year trying. Surveys etc. isn't working for me. I've considered breeding dogs, but that didn't pan out.I want to rent garden rooms out for weddings, I've been working on it for 5 years now&I need help getting it together. I I love playing in the yard , so why not try to earn a living doing what I enjoy. My question is would anyone be interested in a web page like this; I'd take pictures everyday&update, etc.I will eventually have my wedding rooms for rent, but I could use some help. Wouldn't you like to help design, watch it grow, & enjoy without the labor? And how many people likes to garden&can't . You could even design your own room for your wedding

it's like this, i have a property in mind which i want to take out on mortgage and than give to a foreign national, Australian actually. what i am thinking of doing is, i take out the property and pay the deposit and every thing and than once every thing is sorted, give it to that person who lives in Australia, as a gift. the mortgage can be sorted out by renting out the property. what i need to know is, is it possible under current law in the UK. initially when i take out the property i will be the owner but later on when things are sorted and want to transfer it as gift i want that person to be the owner and not me. the house can still be rented and no worries for the mortgage. is it possible to do that or some thing similar. your help is appreciated. cheers.

Someone stole my credit card and charged up $8000. Fortunately I'm with Citibank and I'm not liable for the charges but I'm still pretty angry. It may have been my ex. Is there a way that I can find out who did this or what addresses the items were shipped to?

I just received a new state property tax assessment and they say the value of my home has more than doubled. We have not made any additional improvements and the home does not have many of the features that neighboring homes have (ie: central heat/ac (we have elec baseboard), basement, garage, etc.) How do I show that the states assessment is incorrect?

I have been working at a smoothie place since 14th of December. I am 19 years old and a full-time college student so this is not some serious career thing...just extra cash. My boss is overbearing and has serious 'tude. The actual place where I work is dirty. It smells weird and there is one dishrag which is used to clean the entire place. Any leak, any spill-over from a customer's cup, any spot inside the fridge - all cleaned with the same rag. Each day the rag is changed, but they are all nasty old rags. My boss has had me working 40 hour weeks, 8 hour days, and this is CHRISTMAS BREAK. I have yet to see a paycheck. This is a franchise btw. My boss won't stop calling my cell phone to get me to work. If I am lucky, I get one day off a week, otherwise I am working a 5, 6, or 8 hour shift in this hellhole. He also pays $5.75/hour, very low wage for my state. How do I quit this job with dignity and get my paycheck from this boss-from-hell? I hate confrontation...

How can I open a business Representative office in Hong Kong?
I am being sent to Hong Kong to represent my company's interests in Asia, We need to open a "representitive office" in Hong Kong... I am the only one in my ccompany qualified for it..
In the documentation I have read for opening such an office... it says one onf the requirements for doing so is "a good education backround, normally a degree in a related field".. Now the problem I have here is .... I am originally a High School graduate.. but have workked in this business for 30 years.... Is Hong Kong serious about the education part? I mean I am seriously the only viable employee to do this job and also the only one who is willing to....
Any suggestions?
