I am first time home buyer.
I am interested in the interest only loan.
After the three years I can handle the increased payment.
Money is tight right now, though.
In the future my salary will rise, as I am at the bottom of the spectrum now. pay range is 60k to 110k.
Also because of my income I am looking to reduce my tax liability.

What are some of the benefits and disadvantages to it.
I know that you gain no equity during the first few years

I'm trying to sell my car, and this person wants it to be shipped overseas. Here is the message:

Thanks for your mail,We prefe email because of our office records,My client issued out a chashier's check of $8,000.00 USD before he travel to UK for medical treatment,so the amount on the check is for the all expense both the cost of your vehicle and shipping of it with order tax charges.

You are required to deduct cost of your property , $3,600 when payment gets to you and refund balance $4,400 to my client's shipper/agent via moneygram/western union transfer for him to be able to offset shipping
charges, and tax. After payment has reached you and balance sent to the
shipper/agent, they will then come for inspection and pick up of the
property. While title paper/other necessary documents will be signed and
picked by the agent. Confirm this whole arrangement and provide your FULL
NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER for the check payment to be delivered to you via courier service.

yeah, i ordered a video card via newegg.com and then it didnt come today like it was supposed to, so ithought id be getting it jan 2,but then Bush comes up with "day of mourning for Ford", and now i gotta wait another day, anyone know if UPS is running? i know the usps isn't but not about UPS which is what my card is in.

P.S. its a Biostar Nvidia Geforce 6800XT 512mb of RAM 256 bit interface =) not the best by any means, but it gets the job done.

Can i carry out chart pattern analysis (trend lines, head & shoulders, triangles etc etc ) to technical indicators such as MACD, RSI etc. From what i have seen so far ( i am a newbie to T.A btw) these kind of pattern analysis is only applied to the stock chart and not to indicators.

I have been with company for more than 8 years. I have increased sales volume by more the 30% every year. I am in a position as an executive but my vision for what we could become as a company and what ownership wants is different. They are afraid to take our business to the next level. I am ready for bigger an better things. What do I do? Do I wait another couple of years to see if they follow through with promises or is it time for me to move on? We have built an incredible sales team and many of them have become unhappy due to decisions made by owners. These decision have decreased their pay and decrease benefits. I am faced with more questions everyday and can no longer keep their faith in corporate. What do I do? I make a good living now but wonder what else is out there for me.

Ok your dream job is a personal assistant. Whether to an administrator, manager, producer, Hollywood Star or studio. BUT. You don't know anyone that knows a celebrity. You can't afford to move into LA or NYC. You are just now finishing your associates degree in Business. You really want this job and you've been reading on it. This job fits you well because you love to travel and do stuff for people.

So how would you get started if you lived in a small city of Nebraska? of oh say 7000?

Your best friend isn't rich but she said she'd love a personal assistant. Would you offer to be hers without pay? She has a time demanding job, as a Administrative assistant and a live in boyfriend.

Suggestions?

You are smart and outgoing and you can easily convince people to help you or do something for you. Maybe because you do stuff for them.

I am working on a flyer to advertise my home business and was wondering if I should hang my flyers anywhere that my town and businesses will let me, or how should I go about hanging flyers?

Just a little background about my business:

•The name of my home business is Brock’s Favorite Things.
•Brock’s Favorite Things was opened May 5, 2006.
•I sell wholesale products, many at below wholesale prices.
•About 85 to 90% of my products are name brand products.
