my 2month old son needs surgury and they won't do surgury until they know we will pay for this medical bills and we have no health insuaranc for him cause i'mnot working yet can you please help us

Credit card is not the way to go, you should get a loan. Interest rates would be much better for a loan. To get a credit card with a $6,000 credit line you will need an excellent credit score.

I believe you need to go to your local welfare department or at least call them for advice in your situation. If something really bad happens to your child then you will be charged with neglect.
I do believe it is ILLEGAL for any institution to deny health care to an individual just because you don't have the ability to re-pay at this time.
There are Federal Consumer laws to protect those in need.

Tell the hospital that you are a cash pay. Also let them know that you know about all the DRG codes that they wish no one knew about. They will likely offer you a cash discount. Most hospitals will even take at least a portion up front.
