Someone stole my credit card and charged up $8000. Fortunately I'm with Citibank and I'm not liable for the charges but I'm still pretty angry. It may have been my ex. Is there a way that I can find out who did this or what addresses the items were shipped to?

Don't count your blessings with Citi just yet. They might said your are not liable, but believe me, they have their eyes on you as they investigate these fraudulent charges. The fraud department will pull your entire account history to determine who was. I cannot tell you how they will find out for security reasons, but I could tell you once they pull your transactions history, including the fraudulent charges, those purchase patterns will play a huge part of their investigation.

The funny thing is you are not the victim and are not entitled to the investigative info that is found. The credit card company and/or merchant are the ones who had the crime committed against. Funny how that works, huh?

Just inform the CityBank investigator of your suspicions and let them do their job.

YOU probably can't find out who did it. Citibank, on the other have is already trying. If they can find out who did it, they may be able to get their money back. If you give them information about a possible suspect, it can't hurt their chances.
