Any HR certifications /or any other tests I can take with previous part time exp only?

I have a post graduate diploma in HR and want to make some addtions to it. PHR and other proffessional certifications require 2 + years of exp in the field :-(

How much part time experience do you have?
Contact the SHRM to determine if they will waive the 2 year experience requirement, in lieu of your education and part time experience.
