1) Consider a tech-saavy & normal person. He starts his career 3lpa. What level can he reach in 10yrs(salary wise) and remaining in tech-field & changing jobs?

While hopping to different companies, you may get good jumps, of course!

But, ultimately, after putting some years of experience ur integrity to the company will be in question.

Remember all the companies are run by humen. Hence, the basic expectation from the owners of the company would be trust worthiness.

So, stop hopping after a few companies in the beginning and settle in a company soon and contribute ur best for its growth. You would be automatically taken care of.

Money can bring u all sorts of comforts but may not assure you peace of mind!

Choose whichever you want among the two!
