The book would give tips and ideas on how to cheat on your wife or girlfriend and not get caught. Many of my drinking buddies have many ideas how they have done this and I wanted to collect all those ideas and put together an E-book and sell it. Do you think there is a market and demand for this type of book?

There could be some type of mechanism in place toallow onthe sale to men and restrict sales of the book to women (A credit card verification withthe name)

Unfortunately, there probably is a large market for this book.
You might want to consider alternative marketing methods for this, like sponsoring halftime contests at sports bars, etc.

I do not think you will make anything out of that idea other than making a big dumb a.. out of your self. You have very limited intelligence yet u manage to be super hilarious too and it is so unfortunate that your only way to tell if someone is male or female from their name. "Some type of mechanism to restrict the sale..." Woow who could think of that genius mentality you are sharp :) You are very, but very naive ! Your wife must be laughing out loud at you and I'm sure she is fully aware of what kinda tricks you think you r pulling. It is perhaps that she is a better actress in life than u may ever comprehend. Keep up your dumbness and it will get you very far in life to unimaginable places like loser-ville ! LOL :)

I think there would be a market out there for sure but only if the book has a humorous tone to it so you can broaden the base to a larger number of readers.
Also I have read your other questions and have noticed your reference to your wife or women in general. To find the true inner beauty of a women look beyond her visual appearance and see what's really inside. A women will not show her inner beauty if she feels everything around her is against her.

There are some already out there.....They are next to the "how to tell if your low down, dirty, rotten, sneaky husband is cheating on you" books. As far as sales be allowed to men only...Get a grip. Go back to bed and dream some more!

if you ahve a wife, this may not be a good idea. I think it would get major publicity. you know, lots of storys about it. im not sure how mcuh it would sell though.
