By being optimistic I think you will help cause others to become optimistic, which will help the company do better. But on the other hand it might cause some others to choose to stay with the company thinking it will grow, when it would be better for them to move to a different company (that might do better).

Hope this makes sense. Thanks

Renter has not paid rent since mid-November, has always been on time so we gave him some time, mistake. He has now gone to the city for help and they want us to take less than half.We do not have a lease because I thought it was easier to get him out if this happened, mistake. What are the steps to evict? My husband is waiting to have heart surgery and I am medically disabled so we are looking at the possibility of losing our home. Never will I be so stupid again, I promise! We live in New Hampshire.

Due to an unforseen job relocate, we have to sell our home. Problem is the feedback I recieved on the realtor caravan is that we over-priced. I am not looking to make a dime. I just need to sell the house for what our mortgage is and pay the realtor.

I am trying to figure out the capital gains taxes when you start a business (E.g. a dot com or any small business). Assume that you put your sweat into the business etc... and got other investors to invest in the company. If I sold my company for $100m 2 yrs later and my share of the company was 50% or $50m at the time of exit. How much taxes would I have to pay on my share? And after taxes, how much cash would I have left over to party with?

I have been working for a family part-time and they want to hire me full-time (50 hrs per week). They asked me how much I would need to make to make the position desirable for me. I have been charging $13 per hour and they want a flat weekly rate. I have about 3 years nannying experience, about 6 years of experience working with children, and a bachelors degree in elementary education. Oh and there are 2 children.

The doller bill is in good condition. Is it worth more than a dollar ? I have had it about thirty years. I was working in a convience store. It looked new so I pulled it and it unfolded. It is really different. Thanks for any information.

I am currently in a Land Contract and I have heard that if the house has a Lien on it that the Land Contract is Void? We have 4 months left on the Land Contract and have realised this house has to many problems and don't want to buy it. We just found out that there is a Lien on the house. We rushed into it and this is your first time trying to buy a home. We want to move but don't know if we have to wait till April or if the Land Contract is Void then can we move now? Thanks, Bill

My sister went to a guy that told her he can clean up her credit by writting to the credit companies. Her score was 481. Three months later he was able to get her 100% financing for a new home. Has anyone had this done before?

My grandfather is dying of severe Kidney Failure and enlarged heart. He does not want treatment. I am not Power of Attorney because he feels he looses all control, but when he passes away I am excutor etc. My question is this. I have a joint account with my grandfather on the checkings account but the savings account I am not. I am afraid that if and when my grandfather is unable to speak etc or even die, how shell I pay for his medical bills and care when all the money is in the savings? Can I have access to that by law? I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY, I WANT TO PAY BILLS THAT HAVE ACUMULATED FROM MY GRANDFATHERS CONDITION AND CARE IN THE NURSING HOME. Please if anyone knows what I can do, I would appreciate your help. Thank you

Would you rather have a really high paying job you hate (but only have to work a few years before retiring since it gives so much) or one that you sort of enjoy but work for several years? Why?

I have had to take jobs for the last two years that would not be my preference but I got myself into a situatiuon where I had rent to pay and had to take what ever I could get which was warehouse work
working with people that have no college at all. Now it seems like these temp services won't even consider me for something that involves computer skills and keep giving me warehouse assignments when I have 4 years as an assistant mngr experience and can type very fast. It just seems like they are Blackballing me.

I am closing on my first condo this week. I am wondering if it's customary to give my realtor (who has been working with me for months to find a place) and/or my mortgage broker (who pushed the loan through very quickly for me) a gift of some kind as a thank you after the deal is done.

i buy the actual metal and take possession so zinc and copper are out. i already have so much silver my safe deposit boxes are full. I like gold but think 625 is a lil too high. at 575 i would buy. so i was looking at canadian maple palladium vs. us platinum eagle coins. each are 1 oz of the metal. if you had to buy one of the 2, what would you buy? WHY? I was thinking of waiting to see if prices drop but I could be wrong. talk to me people!

I've been paid for writing and acting before, but the work comes in slowly.

I have had any work for a couple months now, and I already need help paying the rent. It totally sucks. So I need a day job.

I'd like to continue with acting and writing, so ideally would like something that's flexible enough and yet supplies a steady enough income to support a medium sized household.

I can't drive, and I get tired very easy (fall asleep standing up if I'm bored), so I'd prefer something that's difficult.
