Look in the newspaper classifieds under "Clerical" or "Office", there are tons of data entry jobs.
Also, go through temp services like TRC, Randstaad, etc. They can get you on a temp assignment and then the employer pays them if they decide to hire you on permanent.

Well, this is not exactly data entry, but...
