I am 15 years of age and i would like to know where I could get a job. My friend has a job and she is also 15 years old, but her employer is not taking anybody else on. I live in the UK, in the West Midlands.

$200,000 a year. How much will she be awarded per month for child support? We know the best way to find out is to take him to court. But he talks soooo much crap and tells her he makes it seem like he brings in $18,200.00 a year and she wont get more than $50.00 bucks a month.

I was paying the tuition fee and the cashier entered my card numbers and accidently put it as a debit (it's actually a credit card). She cancelled it and did it again, this time as a credit. Everything was fine until last week I found out that the bank has charged me twice for that transaction. I called them and they said it was because the cashier enterred my numbers twice. what should I do

i work in retail, obvouisly can't name who!, but am expected to work 21 days straight through december, until xmas day!
we don't normally do this, just in december, but still i wasn't asked if i could, just expected to! "with the needs of the business etc?

there are incentives (ie money) such as time and a half etc for working days off etc.
i questioned this in a round about way as to not put my managers back up. and was told that they would speak personally to anyone who had a problem with it.

but is this illegal?

i work for a landcaping co.
i just wanted to know if i choose to look for a different job if i could consider this management?
i answer the phones, post all jobs, post check, the entire billing process, i call customers that owe money, i do all the filing, i also do whatever dumb crap my boss wants me to! I also run errands and stuff like that! Can i consider this office management?

I signed a non-compete work clause with my employer 2 1/2 yrs ago. I've been offered to come work with another company to eventually become owner, but they are a competitor. Would there be legal recourse if I went to work with the competitor? I would need to take my current client roster with me.

Is there favor on my side if I ask for an increase in commission rate (I get 40% without a base and everyone else gets 50% without a base), and if they refuse then could I switch companies without having legal trouble?

My 13 year old daughter begged and begged for a my space profile, I said no way after looking on some of the profiles on there, and I just about died at the crap I seen. No wonder there is rape, child molesting, murder, etc. in this world. I just cant beleive how crude and horrible people are nowdays. What is this world coming to. It is so sad to see the evil we have opened a doorway to. People have no values anymore, toward children, marriage, love, making love etc. You can drive through a drive up window in vegas and get married, and its just as easy to get divorced. Anyways I think they should close that my space website down, I am always hearing stuff on the news about it, they said the other day that they have profile matches to at least 700,000 known and registered sex offenders on my space, and there is no way I am going to let any of my children on there.
