i have a paypal but i added a debit card so i can buy via paypal or not.

Follow the Ebay instructions for buying. You either set up a PayPal account or attach your checking account for set up for an automatic payment to pay your seller. Its very easy and safe.
Personally I perfer Paypal.. there are guarantees if you need to get your money back it doesn't take a long time to receive it.

go to ebay.com, read their FAQ's, sign up, bid, then pay with your paypal account if it is accepted by that seller. Just add you debit card to your Paypal and pay that way. It's a lot easier that telling you step by step here. Frequently Asked Questions are your best bet.

You can use a debit card with Paypal.
