I am afraid my husband and I may have to file for bankruptcy. We had a premature child that left me with permanent heart damage and we have so many medical bills, Has anyone ever had to file bankruptcy? Can they make you sale your home if you have no equity? Any experiences anyone can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

I have all my acounts (Rollover,Brokrage,Roths) in Fidelity and also having Fidelity PAS who charge 1.5% per year ...
I met a Edwards Jones Who convinced me If I put money in Goldman Sachs, with one time 3% fee I would invest compertively more growth and less risk then mixed Fidelity Managed .
But I am also happy with Fidelity as I have more fund options.
If you have any comments please post.

My son recently had emergency surgery and the medical bills are absolutely enormous (in excess of $86000 AFTER insurance pay outs). The hospital has hounded me for several months now, and I have told them that I have hired an attorney for medical negligence/medical malpractice and will not pay 1 cent to them. I have provided them my attorney's information but they will not contact them.

I am getting ready to list my house and sign an agreement with an agent. Of course I know that the typical commission is 6% to be split with my agent and the buyer's agent. However, if my agent already has one of her own clients in mind, I feel that I should get a discount because she doesn't have to do as much work.

I was talking sh*it about my boss with a couple of friends at work. Another co-worker (who I thought I had a good relationship with) overheard me and went to tell my boss. My boss called my friends to her office to confirm I had said this stuff, and the *****ing chickens confesed and confirmed it. I'm mad at them now of course. My boss hasn't called me yet to talk about it, but I know for a fact she'll say something sooner or later.

What should I do when she wants to talk to me about it?
And especially, what should I do with this noisy backstabber co-worker who went to her with the gossip?

As a foreign student visiting US, America's
insurance and health care system seems ridiculous complicated for me.

Especilaly I'm confused with some cases when doctor and clinic
are not in the same "network", one is in-network, one is out-network.

If I visited a doctor whose name I found from insurance
company website, then the doctor is in-network,
but the clinic he/she works is out-network.

Then I was charged extra fee of the clinic which will not
be covered by insurance company (docotor'serive was reimbursed
by insurance).

In the other case, I found an in-network clinic or hosiptal,
but as the clinic, I was treated by a doctor whose
name couldn't be found on insurance company' website,
so the doctor is out-network. His service could not be covered
by insurance company.

Are these two experience reasonable and possible ?

So I want to get a full insurance coverage,
do I have to be treated by an in-network doctor,
at an in-network clinic/hosiptal ?

I've read many reports confirming this, but I'd like to hear from HR managers in hospitals and clinics if there's really such a shortage. Most of the reports I've found are from 2004 which may no longer reflect actual statistics in shortages.

If there is a shortage, where and what type of nurses are in need?

Thanks.
