Two weeks is normally the rule of thumb. However, it depends on you.

If you are really interested in finding out if you are qualified just send a short message to the recruiting stating you want to find out feedback on your final interview.

I am sure the recruiter will not mind because this technique shows them you are persistent and you also follow up when necessary.

It's pretty standard for people to allow an employer around 2 weeks or so to make their decision. However, there's nothing wrong with simply calling and asking about when you can expect to hear back, but I definitely wouldn't do this until at least a week and a half has gone by. This way, you're being professional by following up and indicating that you don't want to pester them with constant inquiries.
