All I am looking for is real home based employment. I don't want to participate in surveys and I already am a mystery shopper (it doesn't pay much, believe me!) I'd like to have something that I do not have to pay up front for.
If anyone has a real way to make money from the internet please post the link.

I currently have a job where I have a lot of responsibilities but the pay is low and there are no benefits. I have recently been offered a better paying job with benefits, but I will not have as much responsibility. This seems like a no brainer, but I am still very young, and wondering whether the experience I will gain at my current job will be worth the wait later in life.

sole proprietary, LLC, Inc., and the other labels that you can decide on when starting a new business. I want to be the only person selling my products, but I was told that sole proprietary might not be the only way to go. Please help. I'm so confused.

I am trying to get out of credit card debt. I've tried prosper.com to no luck. I have tried getting a loan out of a bank with no luck. I don't own a home; I have a car that I am paying on until 2010; my credit's good, but my DTI is over -20%; and I've tried working a second job by selling cosmetics directly to customers, and ended up in more debt. Besides "getting a second job or a better paying-job," is there a way I can get a loan or extra cash to borrow?

I put my name on a nanny agency and I got a email from a man who Is suppose to be working for a client to find a nanny. He states that they are moving to my area and a re willing to pay vey well to watch their 2 kids. They are sending me a deposit but het this its coming from a third party with some extra money that this third party owes them. I am suppose to take my deposit out of this money and then foreward the rest to their real estate agent. I told them I would have to wait for the check to clear before I would send anything they were okay with this. The extra money is of a substantial amount should I trust them and do this since they are trusting me with this type of money. It just seems fishy to me what would you do.

I understand that when you sell your home, I would expect about 6% of the selling price to go to the selling agent. However, if you do not already own and you are working with an agent to purchase, what are the fees payable to the agent who finds you a home? Or are they paid only by the seller?

Hello everyone,
I have been applying EVERYWHERE for a daytime part time job, and I have been getting nowhere (i live in Ohio, so maybe it has more to do w/the economy). Anyhow, being highly frustrated, can someone give me insight into the top pertinent things that employers look at...I mean from the resume, from the professional appearance of the canidate if they apply in person, what aspects weigh more then others. My other concern...I've heard of the dreaded "No Rehire" stamp...where is this? Who can access/see this? Does this drop off? Also, is it true that interested inquirying employers can candidly speak to the past employers of the canidates? I heard about this, but wasnt sure if this was State by State or Countrywide? Please advice! Thanks!
