what is the diff. between ups (canadaian)and canada post????

which one is cheeper to send packages. what is the diff. between them. I send alot of packages which one is better to use. I find canada post is so expensive even with my venture one card please help

I have used UPS, DHL, Fed Ex and USPS. For on time service and best rates I go with UPS whenever possible.
