My monthly income averages from $600 to $800 a month. Two of my friends want to get an apartment together. The rent would only be $250/each a month. I don't think that's too bad.

But, will that be enough money left over for me to live on? I've been trying to calculate my expenses and see how much I spend each month, but I'm still not sure. ... just because I've never done this before!

I'm a little nervous ...

How much money can the average person get by on each month?

How to collect money from an oversea client?

We are located in US and we gave this service for a UK agent. The gent subcontracted us for a big project. The original owner of this project is not this agent. Now the original owner is using our product but does not have any idea they are using unpaid product. Now the middle man "the agency who gave us the project" collected all the money from the original client but refused to pay us. Now my question is do we have an intellectual property on the product? 2. How to make the agency to pay us. We have all the paper work and agreement but could not find a good collection agency they can tackle this client. What is the best way for us to get our money.

Any idea?

I searched the VS site and couldn't find anything. But maybe I wasn't looking hard enough. Just asking so i could save some time, instead of having to go back and fill out another one. Thank

This client shows no income, this year, started a business from thier own personal cash. The business is profitable.
What does the bank want before they grant this person a mortgage to buy thier house? What documentation, how do I structure things? There is still room to move around here.
I ve been trying to help this client get thier house closed before the year end, it doesn't look like it is gonna happen. Any thoughts.

I mean you have bills every month that must be paid. Did they just say, "The heck with this month's rent if I go homeless I just go homeless and sacrifice this money on starting my own business or something wild and crazy like that. Did they more conservatively slave their way to financial freedom by nickel and diming the life savings on an investment, felt the love for what they do and like hocus freaking pocus ended up with a fat money bag. Somebody's got to explain this sh*t to me, because if none of you can't then there's no purpose of me working hard all my life for absolutely nothing. Rich people you have some serious explaining to do. I'm not talking about "How to get rich books for $19.99" Something that's a damn scam to make you $19.99 richer! Myself, $19.99 poorer. I'm on to that one. I want solid facts. No bulljive!

I think my boss and his assistant are having an affair. They seem to leave for "lunch" at the same time several times each week. One day there was an urgent situation here at the office and I had to call the assistant. She said, "I'll be there in 2 minutes, call the boss and let him know." When I called the boss, he already seemed to know what I was going to say (how?) and he said, "I'm 4 minutes away. I'll be right there." There are several hotels in the area...all within 10 minutes or less of our building. They both showed up within 2-3 minutes of each other. Before this incident another employee made a snide comment about them leaving the office together a few weeks ago. Now one of them leaves and the other leaves 5-10 minutes later. Turnover has been high. I wonder if this has anything to do with turnover. Have you ever worked in an office where the boss had an affair with an employee? How did it affect everyone else in the office?

The merchant insists on charging full City+State tax rate for my online purchase, but I happen to live outside of city limits, and so should only pay the state rate and no city tax.

It's an ongoing problem that continues despite several people having drawn it to the merchant's attention on various occasions.

I will try to get a refund (after the fact) by calling and writing to the merchant. But clearly they won't fix the underlying problem, so I think it should be brought to the attention of the appropriate regulatory authorities. Whom should I contact?
