can i be sued by the finance company, and i returned the car to the dealership, and the dealership did not notify the finance company, can i be sued?

I set up this facility for my boss and have been managing it for the past 15 months. We employed a new girl who costs half my wage, she has been given my hours on a Thursday and Friday.

I feel hurt about this but know business is business!

When making a payment via checks, do the checks need to reach the address by the due date or just need to be sent by the due date? For example, if I have a payment due on the 2nd and I mail out a check on the 1st (regular mail, not express). Would it be considered late?

I am currentley attending college for electronical engineering tech degree but have started questioning my decision and started looking into environmental technology. I really do not know to much about the degree yet and was hoping somebody could give me some information about EnvT degree. 2 weeks ago, I placed an order for a prescription with an online pharmacy. I never got it. My account was charged, but my online order status says "Pending" when I check it. (Not shipped) I have called, only to hold for literal HOURS, so I end up opting to leave a message, but they never call back, and my e-mails are never replied to either. Is there anyone I can report this to that can help me deal with this better? I am having no luck at all.

I broke my lease 2 yrs ago. The lease was for 14 months. I completed 10/14. I had emergencies throughout my lease that caused me to not keep up the lease. I was struggling for 2-3 months after my unexpected emergenices. On my 11th month, I just left without making arrangements. I did surrender my keys and gave management my new address. I was billed 3k from the office and I decared bankruptcy on it. It was very stupid and now I am ready to have an apartment again I do have plenty of money saved just in case something happens again. I live in NJ. I have investment real estate in NY that I am selling for a long term capital gain. I have stocks that I can sell for a long term loss. On my federal income tax return, the gains and losses balance out. My reading of NJ tax law is that this isn't the case - since the gains and losses are in different categories I need to pay capital gains on the real estate, and the stock market loss is "wasted" (and thus I have to pay tax even though total income is zero).

Is my reading correct? Is there anyway to get around this?
