Sure....but you can also just put some scotch tape on it and spend it.

As long as you have over 50% of the original bill, yes, you can take it back and get a new one. If you have less than 50% of the bill, they won't give you a new one because you could then technically just rip your money in half and double your cash flow. :)

Sorry, but NO, you cannot return it. The bill (any denomination) must have BOTH serial numbers in tact, as well as you cannot be missing the corners of the bill.

yes, just tape it back together the best you can and as long as they can read all serial numbers you should be ok.
