I'm buying some stuff from the states to bring back to canada and sell. but i have been told i need a broker.

If you buy on ebay you don't need a broker.
Is there a simple reason why i would need one or can i get around this without having one

My bank is Chase. My stepmom has access to my online banking; it is part of her account. If I deposit a check into the account, using online banking can she see who wrote the check? I was just wondering how it would show up. Thank you

I am planning on starting a dating website. Any suggestions on a catchy name? I'd also like input on what you might like to see on this site that other sites don't offer.
The site will be geared to people 30 and over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running a small business and I want to hire an independant contractor to do some technical writing for the website. Are there any IRS forms that I need to have to contractor fill out prior to beginning work on my website? The work will be continuous for approximately 1 year.

Also, how do I report to the IRS that I paid this contractor and when do I send that form in?

Thanks for the help!

I am not sure how you get your loan to win. I noticed some people have a figure of 80% bids, does this mean that they have to get 100% to get the loan or will they still get at least 80% by the time the bid has ended? Or maybe I am just totally off the wall and I dont know what I am doing. can some one help explain this. Thanks
