Someone wants me to tutor their kid in algebra regularly, but I'm not sure how much to charge...

Tutoring fees can be based on your teaching experience and years of education. $35/hour would be a good starting pointing and then going up or down from there.

25-35 bucks an hour but its alright to raise the price a little i guess.

$15 per hour sounds reasonable to me
