Can the employer search and seize from personal belognings: car,briefcase,lockers,ande person?

If it is on their property yeah. You can get a lawyer and fight, but when you go to work for them, you subjegate yourself to that

you might want to try your state representative web page. there you should find every thing from work ethics,to legal rights concerning employment. i know because i sort of been down this road. good luck.you can even try your state city hall.web page as well.
