My boyfriend had taken out a payday loan when his grandfather was in the hospital and he was off for three weeks. When it came time to pay he had nothing. Before he knew it he was back on the road working. We are trying to pay them off and since he was not here I went in and tried to make a payment arrangement. When he left out this time I gave him a money order to drop off and he forgot. After two weeks the women finally calls me and says "YOU signed an agreement to pay and if I dont have 75.00 in here on friday I am sending it to the PA" How is that. Can you really prosecute a check that you knew was bad when you took it???????????????????? I mean god we are trying, at least we are giving something you know

I'm single and a student, paying my own tuition so I get to use a lot of deductions filling out my taxes in march. I also don't make much money, the most I've ever gotten back from my federal taxes was just under $1,000. My question is, if I want more money taken out of my pay to get more back in March, do I claim one or zero?

I dont NEED a credit card, but I would like one to just put small purchases on and build credit with. What kind of card could I qualify for that would be best for me?

Essentially there are four types of a MNC's exposure to currency risks which are transaction, translation, operating and Economic exposure. I am been searching all the major search engines and I have been unsuccessful. Please can some one find me some valuable information as it is needed for a major assignment. You don't necessarily need to find strategies for all four exposures, as even 1 or 2 will fine, but it would be good if it is detailed.

I'm 19 and this is my first job, I work at a day care and have been working here for almost 3 months. Honestly I cant stand being there anymore I work with older kids, 27 of them to myself I've asked my boss about adding another person to help me but she says I can have up to 26 kids all by myself, and i'm doing fine with them, doubt that though cause they dont ever listen to me. I just cant handle all of them anymore.
Everyday I come home with a headache, some of the kids think they rule the room cause they have a parent working there and it doesnt help when my boss lets them get away with things too..I dont think I can stand being there another 2 weeks. And it seems like its sucked up my life having to be there from 8-6:30.

My husband and I have $2,900 (limit of 3,000) on a credit card with 4.99% interest and $4,400 (limit of 6,000) on a second credit card with 10.9% interest. I know it is best to paying off debt as quickly as possible to avoid pay too much interest but we also have a baby on the way, due in March of next year. Would it be better to put everything we have into getting ourselves out of debt before the baby comes or paying the minimum + 50.00 just to maintain a good score and put the rest into savings? We already have a four year old, so I know how expensive babies can be.

The balances are too high, so I can't transfer them to the lower interest card yet, but I am dying to get out of debt. At the same time it seems selfish to think about our debt when there is a baby on the way. I can put 500.00 into debt reduction, 250.00 per card. Or I can pay the minimum and put the rest into savings. What would you do?

My fiance's creditors (NCO Financial, Canada) keep calling my parents house asking for him. I have told them SEVERAL times that this was the wrong number. They have my fiance's number but don't even bother trying to call it! They just keep calling my parents house. My fiance has been paying off his student loans, I am assuming that they keep calling to try to get more money.

Is there any way to get these annoying idiots to stop calling my parents house?

My sister has lived in the same apartment for over 11 years, she has never had trouble with any past upstairs neighbors before, but just recently the most current were evicted due to excessive thumping, yelling, dropping of heavy items, etc. during late night hours. This went on for three months and my sister had enjoyed a couple weeks peace before the landlord moved another guy in. This is now starting over again. When she confronted the landlord about this the 2nd time he got irritated and had the attitude "well they're moving in" (as if she had no choice). She's not a chronic complainer, but works during the afternoon and night and sleeps during the day. This shouldn't matter because she has a right to her own dwelling no matter what time it is. She cherishes her time at home but cannot get any peace due to these constant noise disturbances and the landlord is doing nothing. Any advice would be really appreciated!
