They are going to ask you ?'s that are situational to see how you would react. They are going to ask you ?'s about how you have handled certain situations in the past. What your previous/current employer is like. Why you are choosing different employment. Your biggest strength and your greatest weakness. They want you to tell them about yourself and do you have any ?'s for them.
ALWAYS BE POSITIVE. Make your weakness positive by showing a good trait i.e. stubbornness getting you through tough situations that had a positive outcome. Even if you loathe your current employer try to find positive things to say about them, what you got out of the job, and reason that you're leaving because you want new growth and or challenges. Make sure you ask at least 1? about them. If you can, research them on line. Learn their history, where they are today, what they are about and what their future goals are. This will help you ask the ? about them as well as, answer their situational ?'s. Sit straight, but relaxed. Close your legs together, do not cross them. Keep eye contact, but don't stare. At the end Thank-them for the interview and SHAKE THEIR HAND. A Firm, solid hand shake with a smile that goes to your eyes.
It's okay if you're jello on the inside, they can't see it. What matters is what you portray on the outside. One last thing dress at the minimum business casual, do not wear jeans and a t-shirt.
Hope this helps. Good Luck

Interviewers usually make their decision about you within the first 5 minutes, so first impressions are key. Smile, make eye contact, be clean, dress appropriately, and sit up straight. Talk clearly and loud enough to be heard. Do NOT just try to say what you think the interviewer wants to hear. A good interviewer will be able to see through your crap. Be honest, but omit things that would not be appropriate to say. For example, if they ask what your weaknesses are, do not say "I work too hard" or some other lame thing like that. Be honest but sound professional and make sure you state that you want to work on your weaknesses.
Most importantly.......try to stay calm!

-Be as calm and relaxed as possible. Nervousness is only an inhibitor.
-Give prompt responses to each question asked and refrain from saying "I think" "umm" "uhh" or anything else you might say when you are thinking of something to say.
-Look directly at the interviewer and speak clearly.
-Try thinking of questions you might be asked or look them up online and prepare some answers to those questions in advance. (Some usual ones are "Tell me something about yourself" "Why do you want to work here?" "What could you do for us?")
-Shake the interviewer's hand if he or she wants to shake hands (RIGHT hand not left hand)
-Make sure you are dressed appropriately (a nice blouse or dress suit since I'm assuming you're a girl) and that you are cleanly (if you look or smell bad you won't be taken seriously).
-Sit straight in the chair, do not move unless you absolutely have to.
-Do not eat or drink anything during the interview, even if the interviewer offers food or drink to you. It looks unprofessional and it will harm your ability to respond quickly and clearly.
-Only ask a question if it is really important to or you're asked if you have any questions and you really want to know something (most things you'll have questions about will be told during orientation and training)
-Be as confident as possible.
-If you get the job, wait to celebrate until you are out of the building. Thank the interviewer and shake their hand.
-If you don't get the job, thank the interviewer for giving you the opportunity and wait to sulk (if you feel like it) until you've left the building.
Good luck!

Don't fidget, fiddle, or any ridiculous movements! And make sure to look them straight in the eye when answering, and answer in a firm, not too loud, but not too soft voice. Answer respectfully too! Yes Ma'am, No Sir, etc.

tell them you are a hard worker, and that you are easily motivated. Basically tell them exactly what you think they want to hear...but also try to show your personality. be very friendly, and being funny or witty helps too. Good luck!
