I wish there was one believe me, but, I will assume this type Fund is more labeled Educational Grant, and it needs applied for before a student loan. I really do hope you find something, wish I could too.

Have you heard of the Mom & Dad Gift fund? There is also the go out and get a job to pay off your student loan debt fund? It is not as popular as the Mom & Dad Gift fund.
How much money do you have? If you have money to put into a fund, use it to pay off your student loan debt. Didn't they teach you that in college?
If you are looking for ways to make more money on your saved money and then using that to pay off your student loan debt then that is how you should have asked the question.

Employers have this fund. It's called work. Two or three jobs, if necessary.
