My boyfriend had taken out a payday loan when his grandfather was in the hospital and he was off for three weeks. When it came time to pay he had nothing. Before he knew it he was back on the road working. We are trying to pay them off and since he was not here I went in and tried to make a payment arrangement. When he left out this time I gave him a money order to drop off and he forgot. After two weeks the women finally calls me and says "YOU signed an agreement to pay and if I dont have 75.00 in here on friday I am sending it to the PA" How is that. Can you really prosecute a check that you knew was bad when you took it???????????????????? I mean god we are trying, at least we are giving something you know

Well here in illinois, they cant send you to criminal court for that check. Its called the payday reform act. So call you attorney general office and get information on that act for your state.

replaced into it ideal to limit the advert, truthfully. The FSA regulations are very sparkling approximately no longer trivialising payday loans or suggesting that they could be used for long term borrowing or to fund a life form you won't be able to locate the money for. replaced into it ideal to apply Kerry Katona, a talentless bankrupt who's mythical in basic terms for being gossip magazine filler, in all probability. the regulations approximately trivialising etc are very sparkling, the advert is going previous those regulations via truly a solid margin, i might think of the purpose of the advert replaced into to get banned and earnings from each and all of the loose exposure and greater desirable verbal substitute that generates. in case you're aiming for that then you might besides do it precise and discover a questionable 'superstar' to front it and truly maximise the outrage, disgust etc etc you could. finally that's all greater desirable coverage and that i guess it drives many human beings to their internet site.
