Is there a law that protects me from this? Is there something I can do to stop it. I was sleeping one afternoon and got up cause I heard something and when I came around the corner of my living room. i looked up and saw my landlord standing there. Of course I screamed and he said what. I said what are you doing in my house? He said no one answered the door. Is this wrong or what? I was truly feeling violated. Am I wrong or him?

I keep getting interviews for companies that are looking for someone to invest to get a job. I also get interviews for high paying postions that get filled right before I walk in for the interview. BUT they want to hire me for a low paying position. How do I tell these people to quit wasting my time? They always tell me they have a position for me but never hire me. They just keep dragging my on and offering me low jobs while I wait.

I'm looking to intern with a Company that develops land for commercial or resdential purposes. I'm not really sure yet which field I want to get into so I thought interning could really give me an idea of what suits me best. Can anyone help me find some development companies to check out? Thanks!

I was in a no fault car accident in Oct. 2005. I did not have gap insurance so they only paid for what the car was worth leaving me with a balance. The car is totaled (ofcourse) because i am no longer working full-time, and enrolled in school fulltime, I made payment arrangements with company for what i can afford. Apparently they thought i was lying and attempt to do income verification etc.. So they have aggreed to accept the arrangements. Since then they have ask to settle for an offer which i had to refuse because i did not have the funds. So i continue to send the monthly agreed upon payments. they send me reminders about the payment etc. Recently they sent me a letter stating that they are canceling the payment agreements and that i have 7-10 days to pay the entire balance. They also said that if i don't they are going to take legal recourse, and this will be placed on my credit and affect my chances of getting a job. Is any this legal or even possible?

I would think not because income and savings would be almost identical (considering you are saving) and if you are not saving then you don't have that asset, right?
