Based upon the last 20 years, are interest rates presently considered high or low? What is the prime rate?

I have no idea what the prime rate is and care little about it. When asking about interest rates, which ones are you thinking about. Consumer interest rates as with credit cards? Auto financing. Real estate financing? Credit card financing is out of site compared to any period. Auto and real estate loans are very reasonable. You just have to shop well to find the rate and terms you want.
