What are the names of some Residential and/or Commercial Land Development Companies?

I'm looking to intern with a Company that develops land for commercial or resdential purposes. I'm not really sure yet which field I want to get into so I thought interning could really give me an idea of what suits me best. Can anyone help me find some development companies to check out? Thanks!
