My renter is bringing like 2 or 3 people over every week and although she gives a day advance notice, it's like a pain in the butt after the first week or so. I still have two more weeks here but is this legal? This is the first place that I've ever encountered this.

Since Global involves the U.S., is this a better/wiser choice? However, for example, if I invest in a global fund, and the U.S. stock market crashes, will this be a bigger loss than if I just invested in International??

I cant find a shirt that fits my shoulders and hips. Am I shapped funny or something? Is it better to have it fit snuggly at the bottom and well at the top? Or to have it fit nicely at the bottom and very baggy at the top. Please give me advice!

IRS guidelines for deductible medical expenses and those reimbursable under section 125 of the Flexible Spending provsion state that fertility treatments (including IVF) are eligible if used to "overcome an inability to have children". I have not been diagnosed with fertility and have not been trying to get pregnat, but I am wanting to extend my fertility by harvesting eggs and freezing them or resulting embryos (should I choose to fertilize before freezing) for potential use in the future.

I am at an age where fertility is generally accepted to be diminished but I have no medical evidence or diagnosis of infertility.

I have been filling out all kinds of loan apps some are denied or some will say that I will be getting a call from them. I received a call yesterday from a place in Sarasota, Florida called Fairmont Investment Group (they have a website and everything). They had all of my information in front of them and they told me that I qualify for this $5,000 loan. I'm like great! They faxed me what they call a legal binding contract and before I get my loan I have to send them the first 6 payments (actually what they do is search for lenders that are willing to work with me). Anyways I have to send them $467.14 before I get my loan. Does this sound right to you? Anyone ever hear of this company? What do ya'll think? They told me that the money is for collateral b/c of bad credit and will be applied to the pay-back of my loan anyways. They told me that they would fax me a written note saying that I would get my money back if by chance I didn't get the loan as well as I could take them to court.

I have poor credit and about 12,000 of random debt I need to consolidate or lower interest rates. Credit Unions won't give me a loan to consolidate and credit cards won't let me open accounts to transfer balances. Any ideas?

okay-here is the scoop. I work in the real estate/mortgage industry. I have a very steady work history, 6 years at one company and three at another. I worked for three months at a new postion and was being treated very poorly in terms of compensation and my boss's attitude towards me. We parted on kind of ugly terms and I really don't want anyone contacting him. Here is my problem- I am relocating from New York City to Arizona. Do I put this on my resume? I've since taken a new position with a good company and a good boss. Help! Thanks in advance!
