The parent company of Taco Bell is Yum! Brands, Inc. (www.yum.com, NYSE:YUM). They're the parent of KFC, A&W, Long John Silver's, and Pizza Hut as well. They were called Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., until May 2002, when they changed their name to Yum! Brands.
