Not at all! My company invests a LOT of money in me. They send me to several weeks' worth of training every year. They encourage me to grow and learn new skills. I meet with my supervisor every 6 months just to talk about how I've grown in my career and how I can grow into the next step up. They want me to be successful in my career and it shows. And in return, they get an extremely loyal employee who does her best to make the company look great to our clients. I know not every company operates like this and I have no intention of ever leaving! I'll retire out of here!

No it is not. You need to remember that working for the organization success go two way. You built the company as you built yourself. Remember in your resume you will state what you did for the company, giving you a chance to move to an even better job

I hate to say it-but it almost sounds like something from the movie "Office Space". It just seems like so much of corporate America is so hell-bent on catch phrases and lingo and looking good, but in all actuality, the corporate culture that they try to create usually doesn't resemble the picture that they have in mind! One of the only companies I have seen that truly embodies their corporate culture is Goldman Sachs. Other than that, a lot of it is a bunch of BS!!
