If you have a score of 700 before you went into jail, is there anyway to keep it like that until you get out so you can pay your bills and be able to continue on with your life?

I transferred to them from Schawb lured by their cheap trades etc.

It has been a nightmare. Last night, at 53, I thought I was having a heart attack -- I was so upset with them.

I am now transferring to Fidelity. I am hoping that they are better.

In hindsight Schwab wasn't all that bad. Just expensive. I guess you pay for what you get.

I have written 3 times to their compliance department and twice to the SEC.

Just curious whether others have hda trouble with TD.

Many thanks.

I've just quit my job and walked out because I have never worked with such awful people in my life. Do they by law still have to pay me my months wages, as I have worked their 4 weeks before leaving today? People tell me that they have to pay me the hours I have worked by law, is this true?

As a benefit counselor for American Income Life, I am OFFENDED that potential employees and clients insist on getting their information from internet bashing sites instead of calling the government agencies that govern our field. Next time you question the legitamacy of an insurance company, call your provincial or state insurance review board. All insurance companies are required to be registered with these agencies where detailed records are kept regrading performance and the ways in which we conduct our business.
If someone applies to work with an insurance company, they HAVE to pass the provincial / state exam. You have 3 tries to pass the exam; so if you fail, you can study for anoother week or two and write again. All great careers begin with an investment of your time and money (university if a far more expensive investment and you have no guarantee of job). This is also how we weed out the individuals who probably won't do well in the field.
Check your sources.

Are there any good solid stocks on the market that tend to do the opposite of what the rest of the stock market is doing? Go up when everything else is going down, and go down when everything else is going up?

I was purchasing a home, We set up the escrow on a good faith judgement. Our home inspector told US, that the repairs where major. The clause "was anything over 1000 dollars " We could back out.. We did. Now the owners wont give US our money back.. Any idea? They already sold the house to someone else. AND WONT STILL SIGN OFF. This is a legal document. A good faith escrow. Any ideas? I have called months now.and still nothing. Ive been told this happens alot. and sometimes the money sits in accounts for years. THIS IS WRONG! what laws protect the buyer. and why did we have a good faith document. But On the end of the buyers there is no timelimit. Im upset. and want my money back! Help help help.
P.S. Ive been told that I might be able to get my home inspection back on failure to disclose. "they knew the house needed major repairs!" A Insured inspector, our realtor, and bank told us not to buy it. Now we cant get the money back!
