I am still wanting to rent a 2bedroom, 1 bath apartment/house/duplex for myself, my husband, and my son. No more than 450$, all electric, local address in or around Ashland, Ky. I am not having much luck with classifieds and apartment rental sites.Please respond, thank you.

$450.00 is a lot less than most rents. Try checking with local realtors---you may be able to find a rental with them. Be prepared to spend a lot of time on the phone. Also, try calling numbers for those rentals listed for higher prices--if it is a private owner, and they are desparate to rent, you may be able to negotiate with them. Try to get a deposit that is the same as one months rent together--you'll need to move fast if you go with a private owner.

wow $450 thats kinda low i rent a 3 bedroom for $1377 plus i pay all utilites i dont know but this is jersey so we have high rents anyway!!!

I'm not surprised you still want to rent at that price, get real landlord's don't tend to operate charity cases - try upping the amount you are willing to pay and forget having the bills paid for you.

you should be able to get something, dont give up hope. the best advice i can give you is to put an ad in that you are looking for something and if anyone has anything available they should call you. good luck hun
