Been a nail technician for the last 11yrs and have become disillusioned with the market place. Everyone just wants cheap as you can get nails from these foreign nail bars where they don't speak English and wreck your nails with a drill. Nobody appears to be interested in quality. Should I go back to an office job and after 11yrs is anyone going to employ me outside of Tesco's?.

Im trying to figure out what to do with my life now that i have gotten my GED. I was thinking Real Estate or something along those lines but am still unsure. i cant keep working in fast food all my life .. i tryed to go to a school for game design but didnt like it after the 1st quarter and owe the scholl 2000$ in student loads for it .... so trying to find out how to choose what im going to be doing all my life. i want to make something of myself.

What should the average total cost of our programmers be as a percentage of the total billable for them. I have heard all the way from 30% to 50%. We are at about 60% and are not making enough money to make it worthwhile.

I am going in for a Tutoring Job interview this morning at a private school and the lady asked for a resume which I haven't done in "Forever" so I don't know where to start. where do i start to try and rectify things, the bank call me every day to inform me i am over my overdraft and they need a payment! i'm getting charged for being over it, i have a job but at the moment i dont earn enough to pay off the interest on my credit card let alone start to pay off my overdraft! arggggghhhhhhhh
