In the US - teachers are licensed by the state - that means there are 50 different processes, 50 different requirements, and of course they are not transferable.
Most legitimate on-line school are branches of a regular school, staffed by the regular teachers.
So to get a job teaching on-line to US students, you would need to be living in the US, licensed by the State you are living in, and working at a regular school.
Note about the immature comment on illegal immiragration - 1) why assume this person is talking about illegally coming to the US? Most people come to the US legally. 2) Get your facts straight about illegal immigration & jobs, and quit parroting what "everyone knows"
