ya it is really important to have strategy in respective field to achieve target. Because we can find pitfall in advance if there are any. And it can be planned in advance.

Lets hope so eh. I never seen anyone plan restrospectively, unless you're in government.
A strategy is a high level view of the path you want to take. Its not a detailed plan, its more a combination of objectives and operations statements.
