My former job used to make me come in no matter how sick I was. As my manager once told me, "Pop some pills and put a smile on your face!" I once even had to come in when I had the stomach flu and had been throwing up all morning. Needless to say, I wasn't very productive at work.
I would suggest that you stay home for a day or two to rest, then if you're feeling better, go to work. If you're still really sick, then make sure to get a doctor's note.

Definately go to work. If you take the day off because they don't know you they will think the worst. On the other hand if you go to work and they see that you are sick they will probably tell you to go home and not infect the remaining staff. At least this way you will probably get your day off without upsetting the boss. Hope you're feeling better soon....

Probably if I just started I would go in if I could possibly do so. If your running like 103 or throwing up stay home!

I think you should find something to get yourself going and get to work. Otherwise go to a doctor and get a note, or you may not have a job to go to when you feel better.

Stay home and spare your new co-workers from getting sick.
As a boss, I would be more irritated if my new hire made me sick. Everyone gets sick, they should understand.

You should only drag yourself to work if you work in drag. Hope this helps!

It is a NEW job and they do not know you.
GO TO WORK - LET THEM SEE YOU - and have THEM suggest you go home.
