how long will it take to get credit if i file bankruptcy?I don,t want to go into a part 9 agreement.Is there any other options?

If a home is purchased by a buyer 2 years ago for $500,000, and is currently being foreclosed upon, is the new owner responsible for any remaining balance on the mortgage? In other words if there is $400,000 remaining as the balance of the $500,000 mortgage, is the new buyer responsible for the remaining $400,000 on the initial buyer's mortgage on top of other fees?

I bought 700 shares of an oil co. stock and have lost $13,000 in a month. Should I sell to stop the bleeding or wait it out for higher gas prices and an upswing with the stock. I am thinking if I sell now maybe I can rebuy later if it continues to plummet. I have confidence in this company's stock but I'm losing money fast.

do not rent from hertz they pressure you into getting expensive insurances more costly then enterprise and if something do happen they don't want to pay you.they find loop holes.

After ten years, I want to do somethign new. The only problem is I don't know qhat I want to do. I'm young and driven with a marketing background, so anything's an option.

Any suggestions where to go to figure out what I would be good for next? Like an aptitude or placement test or something?

Hi all, my dad has been out of work for about 18 months now after being laid off as a quality consultant for 25 years at Lucent Technologies, in Hunt Valley, MD. He is currently 48 years old. Since this was the majority of our household income, my mom has had to go to work full-time during his fruitless job search. Does anyone know of any companies near Baltimore, MD that are hiring for quality-related engineers, especially in the telecommunications sector?

Either way, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers...I will be going to college soon and my sister will be four years after me. My parents had savings, but not enough to cover all of that.

Can anyone help?

I'm thinking about advertising with google adwords, and there's a few things I don't understand. I can't fit all of my url in the ad due to word limit. Does that matter, or does it go there directly, or is there a way around it. The other thing I don't understand is why can you set a limit to how much you pay per click? Why would you choose 5cents for example when you can opt for 1cent, or is it the more you pay, the more it's advertised? I really appreciate anyone's help who understands. Is it worth my money? Hello, if you have $106.70 in your checking account, and you buy items that totaled $74.61, that leaves you with $32.09 in your account...right? THEN, someone gives you a check that later, you fiind out is bad, and the bank charges my account -$60.00 in fee for the bad check, when i only have $32.09 in it. Now, my question is.. does the bank post the bad check b4 or after the items were bought? my statement shows that the bad check came in BEFORE the items that i bought, but they all came in on the same day and the bank posts from big to small first..

Get the distributionship thru business friends but totally no experience in cosmetic and skin care business. From business instinct, know that this brand can work but need to ask around if there is other interested parties to work together. The product is getting directly from factory.
