do not rent from hertz they pressure you into getting expensive insurances more costly then enterprise and if something do happen they don't want to pay you.they find loop holes.

I personally have found Enterprise to be more demanding, require more paperwork, and generally offer a lower quality automobile. Hertz has always treated me well and has never pressured me to purchase any insurance that was not needed.
I think the lesson to learn is that each rental location has different people working and is managed by a different person. The policies vary from agency to agencey and from location to location within the same agency.

hertz- we rented from them in Europe, no problems at all.

personally, i would rent from budget rent a car.
