We were told at the begining of a loan process that we were approved for a loan with 6.9% fixed for 30yrs. He came we signed preliminary paper work, they even changed our mortgage holders with our insurance company, gave them a loan number and everything. We paid his apprasier 350.00 to do the apprasial. Well 2 days before closing the terms changed. Now the loan does not help us at all. Actually hurts. Does he have to reimburse us our money for the apprasial?

I have a sole proprietor business and wants to get an EIN to separate my business and personal financials. But does getting an EIN require me to file a separate tax return for my business whether I have any transactions or not for the year?

I found this recruiter, he sent me off to an interview with his client, and the client liked me. I'll start working in 2 weeks.

The problem is the pay is miserable and I'd be working much less than 40 hours/ week.

Can I, now that I have a foot in the door, ask the recruiter for more money?

Do I risk losing this job offer? I don't want to sound too manipulative.

I would like to know where I can obtain an "Organization Chart" for the executives of a public company like Disney. It should show the names of the executives and who reports to who.
