I was considering applying to be a mystery shopper but first I was wondering if anyone has any good or bad comments about it. Basically is it worth my time to do it?

A company is using people without their guard cards to save money. They are also being paid under the table. I know I can go to the IRS for the payment to employees but who can i tell about the guards without cards?

I bought a house a year ago with my fiance.
I have been paying off my car monthly, all bills and mortgage are paid on time each month.
I use only a debit card. I tore up all old credit cards as I don't want to get involved in that scam again. I only buy what I can afford to.

We wish to either sell or refiance our home in a year. Our rate is not bad and we don't have one of those ones that is going to jump a huge amount but it is adjustable. We would like to sell and move out to the countryside in a year.

What are best steps I can do now to assure getting the best rate in a year?

I am just looking for suggestions here. I am a self-employed website owner. I have difficulty being motivated to do work during weekdays with no one around. I am looking for someone to simply sit and work with (at Starbucks). I would love suggestions for how to find someone in a similar situation (I know that this would include college students, writers, artists or other self-employed people). Any ideas about how to find people in a similar situation (websites would be MUCH appreciated!).

Thanks.

I think may be able to buy my first house if the housing market continues to tank. It was overinflated anyway. The bubble is popping.

Most internet dating services charge its customers anywhere from $30 to $50 a month. I'm currently a member of a 100% free service, and I don't get a single e-mail in my inbox (except from ONE person, with whom things just didn't work out).

Not that I can't afford it, but why should I pay someone for the POSSIBILITY of meeting the love of my life that is just as improbable as all other walks of life I've taken? What would I be paying for? Why would I be paying them for their services without a garuntee of results or product?

But the management provides no proof, and the tennant wasn't given a rent reciept, all tennant had was proof that rent was paid, can the tennant be evicted? This is a new manager by the way, my purse was stolen with that months money order reciept because we are supposed to pay at a specific currency exchange, and our management picks them up there, they are charging me late fees from 2004 and the difference of the amount written on the money order, which was eight dollars (8.00) that's right, its not a mistake, i was not working so that was my rental amount and she states I made the money order out for 3.89 but claims management isn't supposed to keep copies, now she says she doesn't know how I am supposed to prove that I paid th right amount, she might have a printout, but if you are good, u can see by writing on a piece of paper how 8.00 can be mistaken for 3.89. these numbers have the same shape, someone could have entered the wrong amount into the computer! That's all they have!
