I am D.E.E electrical 1993-63%, i am 33 years old,10 years of technical work experience. But now i want to diversify my career in sofware. So please guide me to be placed in IT industry with atleast 15000/- Rs salary. Thanks.

If you can afford take an international course in UK or australia where there is a big demand of IT guys. The courses are a bit expensive but the govt is giving loan of 7.5 lacs without any guarantee. If you can arrange just for fees rest u can earn with a part-time job. Once qualified in IT u get one-year visa in both the courtries in which u can earn some money to recover the cost u incurred. Based on ur experience u can get IT related job in this area.

Better join a related sw like chip desigining or chip level programming which is in great demand.
