it depends where you bought it and if you filled in the blanks. if its still blank just fill in your name and go to the bank and cash it. i took one to the service station where i bought it (still blank) and they 'cashed' it for me but charged like a 25% return fee. another one that i had filled out, i had to send in a request form (from the store i bought it) to the money order company to get a full refund. just go back where you bought it and ask what their policy is.

Depends on were you purchased it. If it is a postal Money order, then only a postoffice can cash it, If it hasent expired. Some money orders have date set to cash them. I would go to a bank.

You can use it anywhere for purchase or go to your bank and deposit it or cash it.
