is the same equity when you sell or refinance. ?

my house had 2 more owners, I want my part when put to sell the price was 325 we cancel, we will refinance it, the appraisel was 254 is this correct ? the house is in Logan Square in Chicago,il. What can I do to know that this is correct.

the appraisal made the other owner. Please help me to know what is the correct and what I need to do.

How do I get fired?

Yes you´ve heard correctly. Sadly, here in my country compensations when you´re fired are much better than compensations when you just go. So, I have 4 months to get fired. The thing is that I´ve always had great yearly reviews, but a promotion has been denied (they just can´t). It´s been 10 years now and I´ve decided It´s time to move on.

Now I´ll live in another country and we have no offices right there. So what´s the point of stay here without proper compensation?

Strange as it sounds, if they fire me would do for me, and I´d go happy. Another person with good reviews tried to talk and negotiate her way out, but they denied their request. What to do?

credit cards??? ahhhhh!! doest make sense!?

my husband has a credit card witha 500 limit, so friday i put 285 on it to cover a car insurance payment...when i called that night it said i had 288 available credit.....so now i call to see and his balance is 496.00 and we have 500 available credit?? how does this make any sense?

What type of investment is right...?

I am looking into ways to save money that will earn a lot of interest. I am currently in a situation to save a couple thousand dollars a month for the purchase of a home, but I would like to find an account with a high interest yield. credit card company changing interest rate?

My credit card company sent me a notice that they are increasing my interest rate by 13+%. Included in the fine print it states that I can opt out of this change by writing to them. What's going on with this?

If you donate a time share to charity, can you deduct the full amount you paid for the timeshare?

on your tax return? If not, what percentage can you deduct? Is this the same as the recent ruling that cars donated to charity can only deduct the amount received at auction?

What is the cost, manpower, and resources required to start a screen printing operation? (Medium Scale)?
