The only thing I can think of is maybe the credit limit was increased by the lending institution, or they systems they have that accepts the payment and the system that accepts the charges have not updated yet.

Check with your husband first and see if he sent out a payment to your card by Internet...that is the only way that it can get paid that fast.
OR
The may have raised your credit limit and you now have more on your limit.
I WOULD:
Give them a call and find out the actual facts though...don't always go by the automated phone system. Those are updated every twenty four hours and it is best to call and get a live person. You will get a more accurate answer, seeing that they can get into the system where you can not.

When you use a credit card and get close to your availible credit they always bump up the amount you can take. They want you to owe them as much as you can so they make more money. The more you spend and pay the more they give you.
About the extra money spent, you need to call the credit card compny and get it checked out. Maybe your husband used it without your knowledge or someone else could have.

My guess is they raised your credit limit. As long as you have a good payment history, most credit card companies will occasionally up your credit limit. Check your statement or call them to confirm your credit limit. If you don't want them to raise your limit, you need to let them know that you do not want a limit higher than x amount without your approval or request.

They are crazy , and can mean disaster for any marriage, couple, person etc...i would be careful w/ them and make sure you use self control and keep an eye on your accounts and statements!! My hubby and i have like 5 some with 6500 dollar limits but they are all paid off...we are having a child and we don't want to dig a hole too deep that we will spend a lifetime getting out of!! Good luck and God Bless!!

I not often have money on me, i exploit a debit card many of the time and If i choose money i will draw it, i've got not got a credit card, do no longer in trouble-free terms like the debt of all of it, I had one whilst i replaced into 18 and spent plenty and lots and my grandparents ended up footing the invoice and helping me, and that i promised i does no longer get yet another.

They raised the spending limit?
Seriously, it sounds like you are way too dumb to have a credit card in your possession.
You can:
1)Track the card transactions online
2)Call customer service for details about the account
3)Kill yourself for being a stupid coont who doesn't know how to spell or properly use a credit card.
Your pick.

It looks like they are listing your credit line limit as "available credit".

Go to their on-line site and check it out. And all credit cards have online sites now, just go register. It almost sounds like you had $212.00 charge for something go on there also.
Good Lord, with all your additional details why are you asking us? Call them!
