I want to start a Anatomical Pathology course in Manchester College but to pass the exam I need to have accrued some hours working in a Mortuary. I am in Liverpool and the City Mortuary won't take workers unless they have this Certificate that I want. It's like a circle. Has anybody any advice on where to try for (even voluntary) work along the lines of working in a mortuary please

I came to this country a 2 years ago illegally and after a year working I had an accident that cause my back to get damaged. During that time I did not work because of the injury, and after I recover I received some compensation, and I got it in a check, but because of my illegal status I had to change my name to a different one, so the check that I received it has my "fake name" and not my real one, and I dont have a bank account, how can I cash it or get the money? Please help!

I have been working for someone for 1 year in the last 3 months he has not paid me.

When I was first interviewed he told me that he would draft up a contract but there were a number of delays and then he said that he wouldn't give me a contract. I was finding it hard to find alturnative work, so I decided to work for him anyway.The job market is still poor and I can not find any other work. What he tends to do is to say that he will pay me and once I do the work he gives me some excuse as to why he can't. I am now destitute and I am likely to loose my home. What do I do?

My Credit Score is 641 I have myfico and it updates me all the time,I already have a home,and im retired.My wife still works,I recive social security with my age.I was thinking about helping my son buy a starter home 70k.My score is 641 went up I just bough a new car,and im going to pay it off after i make 5 payments.You think 641 is good enough or will we have a high intrest rate?

I have good credit now but i hav e aloan with citfinicanial and would like to get away from them they keep adding stuff onto my bill that i never told them to but to scared to go to a bank and do not know what bank to go to I already have 3 small loans out right now
i would like to get a bank to pay all these off for me and make one lump payment and be done with it

I work for a taco bell as a drive-thru cashier, and being so I'm pressured by a timer system. I have never stolen or taken any money from taco bell in all the 3 years I've worked with them. But, the other day when I was counting down my register for my cash drop (the amount I made for the day) I noticed that I had placed a $10 bill in the wrong spot. This in turn caused me to give back to much change to a costumer during my shift. Thus in turn causing my draw to come up short. I've heard that unless an employee is convicted of wrong doing a company can't force an employee, on grounds of termination to pay back errors over money. Also can a new manager use a memorandum that is 2 years old, and under a different management agianst me, as grounds to terminate me if I didn't pay the money?

The owner of a house we leased had informed us that he was selling the house so we wouldn't be able to renew our lease. So we decided to buy a house. We notified him about 45 days before the end of our lease that we would be moving. The home owner took possession of the house a week before our lease was up. When we gave him all the keys we made sure he had our info to send us the balance of our deposit minus any possible deductibles. We've heard nothing from him. We leave him messages and he no longer will return our calls. The balance we should get back is about $2100. It's not small change to me. Any advise out there?
